A Woman's Silent Prayer

Once I was so sure where to be--
With the man I promised to love
Or with him,
Who loves me.
Once I was sure where to go
But now dear God
I don't know,
I don't know.

About Me: The Word Fairy

Once upon a time, she had a voice. It was so sweet, so soft, so harmonious. She had a voice. But she suddenly kept it in despair, in confusion, in shame. Then her voice got lost in the quagmire of her fright. And so she decided to write of her love, of her soul’s true longing. It was a love so true, so pure, so innocent. But it was a love too shy to be spoken And so she wrote and wrote about it. She wished that she could give voice to her words. She wrote about her hopes, and dreams. Writing became her voice, her expression, her life. Then the shy words from her heart erupted with passion and desire. They flew from her heart and onto the paper. Then they floated up and up! They collided with the skies and created a beautiful melody that awakened even the sleeping stars, wandering souls, and muted hearts. Soon her words created a music that was so beautiful, so beautiful and divine that everyone who heard it fell under its spell and got healed.
